 \, Saturday November 16th in the Gym to help pack Shoeboxes for Samaritan
 's Purse\, Operation Christmas Child ~ young &amp\; old\, all are welcome!
 \nThis year's goal is 400 quality boxes: we're asking the congregation to
  specifically donate toothbrushes &amp\;/or funds towards shipping ($10/bo
 x).  As of Wednesday\, November 13th we have 181 Toothbrushes (goal is 40
 0) &amp\; $2700 in shipping funds (goal: $4000).  Please let us know if y
 ou have sent a cheque directly to Samaritan's Purse or donated on-line tow
 ards SVBC Shipping so we can add the amounts to our total.  THANK-YOU!!\n
 If you are able or unable to attend we would be happy to add your donation
 s of (in order of need):\n\nHygiene Items  - Items such as: facecloth\, 
 toothbrush\, comb\, and soap. Please place soap in a sealable bag or plast
 ic soap dish. DO NOT INCLUDE: Shampoo\, toothpaste or anything liquid.\nFu
 nds towards Shipping Costs: $10/box is needed ~ please make cheques payab
 le to Samaritan's Purse &amp\; place in the Church Office Mail Folder\nBal

 end along to refill them would be greatly appreciated!\nSchool Supplies -

 ooks are always needed!\nSmall Toys &amp\; Other Gifts - Items such as: s
 tuffed animals\, small musical instruments\, hair clips\, toy jewelry\, t-
 shirts\, and fun socks too.\n\nPLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE: \n\nDecks of standa
 rd playing cards (other card games such as UNO are allowed)\nFood or cand
 y: Including gum (due to customs regulations)\nUsed items (due to customs

 that could leak\, melt\, freeze\, or break - Shampoo\, creams\, lip balm\
